Nobody much takes advantage of them, but Ko Sichang is covered with challenging cliffs and pinnacles that can make for an hour or so of exciting exercise. (Take a look at the spire of rock on the point south of Haad Tham Phang beach, or some of faces opposite Wat Tham Yaai Prik.If you decide to give it a try, bear in mind that the limestone is very sharp, and sometimes loose. All those big rocks along the bottoms of the cliffs used to be somewhere up in the air, after all. Not for the timid.
There are also plenty of caves, of which the biggest--Tham Saowapha, just north of the stairs down to Haad Saai Kaew (see our beach page) is rumored to go right through the island from east to west. You'd have to be very small to get more than about 100 m into it, and brave, too.
